Your data and your account

We use your number to verify access through WhatsApp. Saved profiles and documents help prepare bookings for the travelers you choose.

Your departure city

We may use the approximate city associated with your internet connection to suggest a departure airport. This can be inaccurate, especially with a VPN or private relay. We do not request GPS access for this suggestion. You can change it at any time. An airport you select is remembered in this browser; clearing site data removes it. The suggestion and your chosen airport are also used by the flight assistant to avoid asking you again.

Profiles and documents

Only add details for people who have authorized you. Use names exactly as they appear on travel documents. You can edit or delete profiles in your account. Documents are stored privately in AWS; downloads require a valid session and a temporary link.

Saved trips and invitations

Saved trips store your chosen destinations, dates and flight preferences until you remove them. Price alerts are optional and can be paused on each card. Checks are periodic, so we may not see every offer. An invitation link shares that trip’s route and dates, not passports, payment methods or other saved trips. Only the invited WhatsApp number can accept it. Invitation links expire after 30 days; removing the original trip also makes its invitations unavailable. We use a friend’s number to address and verify the invitation. Zoolu sends invitations directly only when that person has enabled them. Joining a trip does not subscribe anyone to offers unless they choose to receive them.

Payments and conversations

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you enable WhatsApp payments in your account, Stripe saves your card; Zoolu keeps its payment-method identifier, card display details and a record of your consent. Each chat charge requires confirmation of a specific trip and total. You can disable new WhatsApp payment requests in your account. Never send card numbers or CVC codes through WhatsApp. Review the amount, travelers and conditions before purchasing. The assistant uses artificial intelligence, and its voice may be generated by OpenAI.

Referrals and affiliates

If you continue through a referral link, we store a first-party referral cookie for 30 days and carry a code into WhatsApp. We associate an eligible referral with your account after verification. Affiliates see only their own aggregate counts and anonymous booking outcomes, never your conversations, contact information, travel details or documents. Referral-start records are retained for up to 13 months for reporting. Commission records remain subject to the financial retention policy to be finalized before launch.
